How many healings an individual needs, is always different and unique.

It’s highly beneficial and recommended to receive an initial course of 3-4 treatments depending on the therapy. I guide my clients after their 1st session and after each session, carefully looking at their needs and what is best to help them, this includes duration between treatment to serve each client best.

Often healing is powerful at very challenging times in your life and one healing can make an incredible difference to how you are feeling. However, symptoms can return if you are not making the changes needed outside of the healing session.

For healing longevity the recommended 3-4 initial healings are for the best. Sometimes only one healing is needed but generally more than is needed and is recommended for the full integration needed for your wellness.

The best way to understand a healing is to experience it for yourself. Everyone has a different yet powerful healing. The healing goes to where it is most needed and for their highest good. All sessions are in person one to one, and includes intuitive guidance and support throughout the duration of a course of treatments. All information is private and confidential. Energy Healing is a simple, safe and non-obtrusive healing and self-improvement treatment that everyone can use. Each session starts with an initial consultation to check in with how the client is feeling and complete paperwork. For the treatment, a clients usually lies on a plinth and a blanket is placed over the body (but it can be done on a chair if needed). You remain fully clothed, but shoes are removed, you may be asked to remove some jewellery, belts and watches and all mobile devices to be switched off completely. I lay my hands on the clients body to channel in the energy, mainly focusing on the Chakra points in the body and aura (energy field) and any areas around what the client has asked for specific healing for. Special care is taken so that hands are only placed on appropriate areas of the body. You may stay awake and feel very relaxed. However, it is very common to fall asleep (in some treatments when possible) or go into a deep snooze during the treatment, either/or, you still receive a powerful healing. Each treatment typically lasts for an average 75mins but more time should be allowed and you need to consider what you do after as these are powerful healings.

After a treatment someone typically feels more energised, relaxed and lighter. These feelings can last for some time. That night you may feel tired so please honour that your body has received a healing and rest helps to integrate and recalibrate the healing. You may feel more energised but best to remain as gentle with your energy as possible.

Generally after each session you feel like a heavy layer has been removed from your body. This impacts your life and the sense of relief brings hope and enthusiasm to continue healing. If after some time you start to feel the original symptoms again it can be due to a number of factors and these are personal to each person especially if changes need to be made and certain circumstances are also contributing. A course of treatments within the recommended timeline is to ensure that you entire body is given the healing it needs. It is normal that 3-4 treatments are recommended. Most people feel the side effects that are deeply healing after each session, how that feels depends on how each person is feeling and the symptoms they have. What you do outside and after the treatment also effects your healing and the integration. If you return to damaging, stressful or self-harming ways this will effect your healing. Also you may want to consider more treatments and some other holistic therapies or work to support you. Once you transform the energy other therapies can help more. It is also important to note a healing can be like an energetic cleanse and it's best to support this by drinking lots of water.

It is important to note that Reiki (see reasons to heal with Reiki above) is very effective in releasing heavy energies that are making you tired and stressed. You may have other symptoms that can also be helped and healed by other healing treatments (please see list of Healing therapies I offer as you may be attracted to their healing essence also).

Occasionally for someone on a healing journey a healing can bring them through an energetic cleanse which has been also described as an energetic hangover. Again symptoms can vary from person to person. But what might feel like an extremely joy-filled and energetic high feeling to start with can then turn into feelings of loss of energy, fatigue, flu-like symptoms etc. These feelings vary and maybe not all experienced and also can be brought up if there are underlying reasons why you may need a cleanse for e.g poor diet, stress, anxiety, burning the candle at both ends, lack of movement, grief, trauma and more. It is important to note this does not mean there is anything wrong, it means your body in all layers (physical, emotional, mental and spiritual) is clearing out anything that they you need to heal from to help you move forward well.

This is often a calling from deep rest, self-care and love and grounding. If you experience this please and have questions please contact your healer. Again the reason ‘why’ is not important it is the allowing yourself to care for how you are feeling that matters. The why is generally the deep cleanse of how you’ve been feeling. What rises to the surface to your attention has been stored within you. The healing does not make you feel unwell anything that has been causing you to feel unwell or in need for healing is rising up to cleanse and the other side of this is generally an upgrade in your frequency and a huge and much relieved step forward in your healing. Continuing with healing and ways to care for yourself is highly guided so you can continue to move with your healing process.
