Free: Daily Light Healing Guided Meditation
Everyday, I have a conscious daily practice of connecting to the Light.
It helps me to consciously move with flow, and the unlimited source of creative energy, so that I can be in alignment with life and the Universe. It helps me to be conscious of my part in it all. I am at one with Universe, not separate, this is a daily remembering. This is about choosing a life that embodies a positive atmosphere, aligning yourself to these frequencies can only be positive.
The presence of the Divine that is above us, within us, below us and all around us, enables us to raise our vibrations and move in the frequencies that we want to be in, that we have created for our highest good. This is all about love, not fear. I see it as a daily spiritual immunisation from fear, limiting beliefs, judgements, ego, a daily nurturance from Source. Aligning myself to the power of Nature, Universe, the Divine.
We are all the keeper of our own lives here on earth.
This is an ancient daily practice to bring consciousness to all of the body and energy field. Many people do it and have their own versions of it. It helps to keep your energy field, clear, healthy, full of light, so that love, joy, beauty, abundance all flow in and around your entire being. It guides you to only choose love, feel love, see love, be love. Any fear will find it much harder to get near you, especially as you practice this everyday, the higher and stronger your energy field will be this light so spiritual protection, that almighty power, protects all your body and mind, and it will only become stronger.
This is my Daily Light Healing Meditation.
I go outside, and plant my feet firmly on the ground, move my legs hip distance apart, move my arms and hands away from my torso, with my hands slightly tilted up in receiving mode. I align my back and spine with my neck and head, providing a straight clear channel for life force energy to move through and I mindfully notice how my body feels and how I am holding it. Knowing that as I do all this, that I am consciously re-connecting to the light of the higher intelligence of the Divine and Universe. If you can't go outside do it inside. It doesn't really matter where you are and you're at one with it all, I just like going out into nature to connect.

This meditation was birthed to help support your daily connection to Source Light. It is tremendously powerful if donw outside in nature under the rays of the sun but can be done anywhere and seated.
